Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized for Series 3 and Series 4 items, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Series 5 items are final sale.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 5-7 business days for Series 3 and Series 4 items.
Who pays for shipping?
Womn. provides free returns on Series 3 and Series 4 items for customers within the Continental US. If you are outside of the Continental US, please email Hello@womn.co and our customer service team will provide instructions on how to process a return!
What items are returnable?
All items from Series 3 and Series 4 Launches can be returned or exchanged as long as the item is unworn with the tags attached. Items shipped out in the last ›21 days with the original tag still attached.
Can I exchange my items for each Series?
We will produce a small handful of extras for each style, color and size. These will be used to replace damaged product, help with returns and exchanges. We will accept exchanges upon availability for Series 3 and Series 4. We are not offering exchanges for Series 5.
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items that were shipped more than 21 days prior to initiating the return process.
- Items that do not have the original tag still attached.
- Items that have been worn or damaged
- Items from the Series 5 Launch, all items are final sale.
What size packaging should I use?
- Please use the same type of packaging that you were sent the product in. For example, if your products were received in an envelope, please send back in an envelope, if possible.
