Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 5-7 business days.
Who pays for shipping?
Womn. provides free return's for customers within the Continental US. If you are outside of the Continental US, please email Hello@womn.co and our customer service team will provide instructions on how to process a return!
What items are returnable?
Unworn items purchased in the last 21 days with the original tag still attached.
Can I exchange my items for each Series?
We will produce a small handful of extras for each style, color and size. These will be used to replace damaged product, help with returns and exchanges. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee the ability to exchange pieces, since all Series are pre-orders, but we'll try our best and as long as we have it, we'll exchange it for you
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items that were purchased more than 18 days prior to initiating the return process.
- Items that do not have the original tag still attached.
- Items that have been worn or damaged
What size packaging should I use?
- Please use the same type of packaging that you were sent the product in. For example, if your products were received in an envelope, please send back in an envelope, if possible.
